Cambray Property Management will be responsible for arranging all communal maintenance and daily upkeep of your property including, where required, cleaning, gardening, lift & automatic gate maintenance, repairs, drain clearing, decoration of communal areas and much more.

Should you experience any issue related to the communal areas of the property, even if you are unsure as to whether it's the responsibility of the individual owner or the management company to address, always call or email us to report it and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist. If it's a communal maintenance issue we will rectify it swiftly as we use a number of trusted local contractors who are available at short notice.

As part of the management service we will also take care of sourcing the most competitive deals in Building Insurance, which is covered under your service charge, and process all claims on your behalf. Should there be an "escape of water" contact us immediately and, where applicable, alert the flat above to turn off the water or remedy the cause if possible. If you wish to claim all you have to do is provide the details such as the incident date and the cause as soon as possible after the event and we'll take it from there.

If appointed as Company Secretary at no additional cost we will attend to all requirements of Companies House and if appropriate HM Revenue and Customs.
