Our response times may be slightly longer than you are used to, and slower than we would like.

Please be aware that more people are likely to be at home than would be the norm, so please consider how much noise travels and disturbs others, and be respectful of your neighbours (some of whom may be unwell).

Please be a good neighbour, and check on anyone vulnerable or living alone.

Our team of staff and contractors will be doing their best on your behalf, so please be patient and kind.

Please think before you contact us; some issues may be easily resolved by your personal action or advice found online, for example:-

Leak Issues

  • Contact your neighbour upstairs and alert them that there may be a problem with their shower, bath, basin, washing machine, dishwasher, hot water tank, etc
  • Switch off stop-cock until a plumber can attend

  • If you smell gas, immediately contact National Gas Emergencies on: 0800 111 999

Television Issues

  • Check your cables
  • Check to see if your neighbours are affected
  • Unplug the television and box, leave for 10 minutes, then plug back in
  • Re-tune your equipment

Waste Collection Issues
