Information regarding Covid-19

one of our properties

We are emailing all property owners to advise them of Cambray’s plans in regards to the coronavirus situation, in order that they may be informed, and to notify everyone of changes that will regrettably become inevitable.

  • If you have the virus we would appreciate that you please let us know, in order to avoid further unnecessary spread.
  • Most staff will be working from home, so please email any queries to us, rather than telephoning the office number if at all possible (if you do not have email, perhaps ask a neighbour to email on your behalf), and please do not visit the office unless it is essential that you do so. It would be helpful if you could please contact the person most relevant to your specific query:-

  • Our response times may be slightly longer than you are used to, and slower than we would like.
  • Please be aware that more people are likely to be at home than would be the norm, so please consider how much noise travels and disturbs others, and be respectful of your neighbours (some of whom may be unwell).
  • Please avoid touching surfaces in the communal areas where possible, and sanitize code pads, handles, light switches, stair rails, etc if you are able to.
  • Please be a good neighbour, and check on anyone vulnerable or living alone.
  • Our team of staff and contractors will be doing their best on your behalf, so please be patient and kind.
  • Please think before you contact us; some issues may be easily resolved by your personal action or advice found online, for example:-
